Comprehensive Analytical Modelling of an Absolute pH Sensor

In this work, we present a comprehensive analytical model and results for an absolute pH sensor. Our work aims to address critical scientific issues such as: (1) the impact of oxide degradation (sensing interface deterioration) on sensor’s performance (2) how achieve measurement ion activity. The methods described here are based equations which have derived implemented in MATLAB code execute numerical experiments. main our show that depletion width sensors is strongly influenced by variations same as function significantly smaller hafnium dioxide comparison silicon dioxide. We propose method determine using dual capacitance system, can be mapped unequivocally acidity. compare two materials: SiO2 HfO2, illustrate acidity determination with functioning device SiO2.
